If something isn't working as well as it should and you're not quite sure why, a conversation is a good place to start. You don't need to know exactly what the problem is before you get in touch - working that out is part of what I do.

A 20-minute call is usually enough to tell you whether there's something worth investigating. And if there isn't, I'll tell you that too.
