How I can help

Whether you need an ongoing partner, a self-contained project, or someone to deliver a critical initiative - the shape of the work flexes to fit where you are.

Fractional work

An ongoing operations partner, without a full-time hire.

An agreed number of hours each week or month, embedded in your team. I become a steady pair of hands and a strategic sounding board - helping you tackle the operational load while you focus on leading the business.

Best for

Founders or CEOs who need consistent senior operational support but are not ready to hire in-house.

One-off projects

A focused piece of work with a clear start and finish.

Scoped, time-bound engagements to solve a specific problem - from documenting a critical process to redesigning onboarding or setting up a reporting rhythm. You get a defined outcome and a clean handover.

Best for

Teams who know what needs fixing but don't have the time or perspective to do it themselves. I don't do the work for you - I guide progress and work alongside your team to reach the solution, rolling my sleeves up where capacity is tight.

Project management

Co-ordination for the initiatives that matter.

Planning, co-ordination and gentle challenge to keep change and improvement projects moving - from small internal initiatives to cross-team programmes. Less about doing every task myself, more about making sure the right things happen at the right time, with the right people.

Best for

Organisations with an important project that keeps slipping - or one they can't afford to get wrong.

What that looks like in practice

A flavour of the work

Every engagement is different - but here is a flavour of the kind of work that shows up inside a fractional, one-off, or project management brief.

  • Documenting and standardising processes
  • Structured reporting rhythms and KPIs
  • Recruitment support - job descriptions and interview questions
  • Onboarding and induction redesign
  • Clarifying roles, responsibilities and decision-making
  • Internal communications improvements
  • Client and stakeholder feedback processes
  • Working with external suppliers - agencies, contractors and freelancers

Not sure which shape fits?

A short, free conversation is usually enough to work out whether fractional, project, or delivery support makes the most sense.
